a writing and meditation workshop
Please join Allison Rietta and award-winning Canadian poet and short story writer Laura Lush, for a three-hour Writing & Meditation workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity to ground yourself in two very important contemplative practices: writing and meditation. Writing itself can be a form of meditation. Meditation is good for your writing and good for your spirit. It helps release and let go of obstacles, as you begin to clear paths to unlocking creativity. This workshop includes a guided Yoga Nidra practice, ending with a healing sound bath.
