‘Water’ is one of five in a series of Contemplative Practice Books, created for yoga practitioners to help them achieve a personal home practice. Each book is based on an element of nature, and is designed specifically to enhance that particular element.
This digital book offers a variety of contemplative practices associated with the water element, and includes yoga-asanas (poses), pranayama (breath technique), meditation, creative writing and art-journaling.
The ‘Water’ practice book is for anyone who is feeling stuck; who wants to let go of something; who wants to unblock and release creativity in all aspects of their life; and who wants to nurture the natural flow within.
